SHIPPING INFORMATION
Nurture orders are filled as quickly as possible. We ship most orders within 24-48 hours from the receipt of order, however some items can take up to 72 hours to ship. We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.
Items ordered together may not ship together. These items include oversized items. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer and not from our store. We will do our best to provide you with the most accurate shipping information possible.
Nurture strives to maintain an accurate inventory count, but sometimes errors occur. If an item ordered is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option of canceling or modifying your order. You will also have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock.
Free shipping applies to ground shipping via ups to the contiguous U.S. only. Shipments outside of this area will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact Nurture from Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm EST and we will notify you of the shipping costs over the phone.

Standard delivery: Ground Shipping via UPS
Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.
Two-day delivery:
Customers will be notified via email of the 2 day charges. 2 day pricing may vary depending upon weight of product shipped.
$0 - $100.00 = $26.00
$100.01- $200.00 = $38.00
$200.01 - $300.00 = $50.00
$300.01 and up = $115.00 (price based upon stroller weights. If your order does not include a stroller, the overnight shipping charge will be based upon weight of packages and charged accordingly)
Your order should arrive 2 business days from receipt of order if order is placed Monday-Thursday by 12pm (EST).
Overnight delivery:
$0 - $100.00 = $50.00
$100.01- $200.00 = $70.00
$200.01 - $300.00 = $90.00
$300.01 and up = $180.00 (price based upon stroller weights. If your order does not include a stroller, the overnight shipping charge will be based upon weight of packages and charged accordingly)

SALES TAX
A 6% sales tax on merchandise will be applied to Pennsylvania residents. Clothing items are not taxed.

NURTURE GIFT BOXES
For a small fee your items can be personally packaged and wrapped in a beautiful bow. Gift wrapping fee is $5.00 per box. Oversized items cannot be gift wrapped.
OUR GUARANTEE
At Nurture every purchase you make from us is guaranteed. If for any reason you're unhappy with a purchase you've made, just return your items within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items. Please note, shipping charges may not be refunded.
TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
If you received this item as a gift from another party, or would simply like to make an exchange, we would be happy to help you. We will process an exchange within thirty days of purchase for unused items.
Simply write "EXCHANGE" on the packing slip along with your name, phone number and email (if applicable).
